Strength Of FWD Auto Turbo Tranny

Just got a new dsm. its a auto gst. 121k Not running now so idk what condition the tranny is in. But the fluid looks clean, not like changed clean but its not burnt or anything. How much power can these safely do? Do they stand up to abuse at all? Also what fluid should i use if i change it? Thanks

My 1g FWD held up real good running car hard most every day and that was with 13g running max output of 14 (ish) lbs on 390cc injectors. Tranny was a stock F4A33 and I changed fluid + filter myself every 2 yrs and bought car at 70,000 mi running it up to 160,000 mi.
