Strange high-pitched sound coming from ECU???

I was driving on the freeway this afternoon, and when I turned off and slowed down I heard a very high-pitched ANNOYING buzzing sound coming out of nowhere. I thought it was coming from the speakers but it wasn't. I got home, turned the car off, disconnected and reconnected the battery, and it still does it. As soon as I stick the key in the ignition it starts buzzing, then when I turn the key to accessory the buzzing gets louder. It continues while the car is running and until I take the key out of the ignition. It sounds like it's coming from the ECU but I could be wrong. Has anyone heard of this before? Its so annoying I dont even want to drive the car, its making me deaf!

Mine does the same, however it's a soft high pitch whine. It seems to be the ECU adjusting fuel in mine. However, I would pull your ECU and verify that your capacitors are in good order. Follow THIS link.

well, the problem seemed to fix itself, after sitting overnight the noise was gone. but thanks for pointing out that site, i bookmarked it for later
