Stock turbo shot!! need to replace but which is safe?

Hey fellow DSM'ers,

I am in the process of reviving a 95 GST and need to replace the turbo as the turbo is leaking oil and running up into the intake and engine...not fun times. The car is surprisingly stock in every way. The question i am going to ask then is i have to get a new turbo asap, so would it be safe to get an upgraded turbo now and save myself from paying for two turbos or what? Im thinking of eventually upgrading to a 16g but doing that now, i unfortunately dont know exactly what would happen and if it would run safely. If you suggest replacing with the 14b turbo again, where would be the best place to get one for a good price? I just want this beast back on the road running with the pack again ya know? Lemme hear your guys' suggestions ;D. Much appreciated guys!

I've always liked the 14B with the Evo 3 (unported) turbine housing attached.

Why is everyone recommending the BIG 16G? The Evo316G can be found the cheapest of all the 16G turbo's and is nearly identical to the BIG 16G.

Well here is the research for you to help you make your decision...

Small 16G Turbo: 505CFM Rated at a Max HP of 320 ($579 at Extreme PSI)

Big 16G Turbo: 550CFM Rated at a Max HP of 375 ($569 at Extreme PSI)

Evo3 16G Turbo: 550CFM Rated at a Max HP of 380 ($499 at Forced Performance)

Keep in mind with the MHI Turbochargers you will either need to modify your current coolant and oil lines and get a J-pipe or get the Mitsubishi turbo kit ($199)

Garrett BIG T28 / FP Big T28: CFM Unknown at a Max HP of 340 ($765 at Extreme PSI) / ($833 at Forced Performance)

My vote is for the E316G.
