are the stock talons and eclipse booost gauges 100% correct with the amount of boost ## running? i heard there not but just want to make sure.

The stock boost gauges are, indeed, not very reliable. Instead of actually reading boost pressure, it guesstimates how much boost you have by the information the ECM is recieving from the MAF. An aftermarket boost guage is definately the way to go. I opted for an Autometer mechanical. It's worked great so far. Also, if you get one that reads vacuum as well as boost then you will always have a constant reading of vacuum preasure in your lines, which in turn will tell you whether or not you have a valve problem.

See this for some great install instructions.
