Still gaving Battery issues, new part

Make this simple and easy. Found the source of the first drain. NOW i have 2 new issues. The effin power windows dont want to work and more, either do the door locks. And when i turn off the car, and then get back in, the radio keeps resetting itself. wtf could this be now?

Stoopid car, BUT i just took it for a run on 95, runs nice n sexi. Headlights work, along with everything else. EXCEPT no power windows, and this sucks. I live in FL and the AC isnt hooked up. im not that worried about door locks but I am sure they are attached in some way

Is you drivers side window switch pluged in. if not then none of those will work.

it better be. i didnt take apart the door . I was having serious eletrical drain. But now its growing into more and more issues. It started as something small. ugh.

Well 75% of all electrical problems have to do with a poor ground. Even a draining problem. When the battery and other devices are not grounded properly a voltage trail will backfeed through other devices to find ground. So if something is controled through the ground circuit it can possibly be switched on just due to the fact that something else needs a ground.

I did have a bad ground within the dome light system in the car and i took out the fuse for that and it SOLVED for the time being. But now im having those issues and Im thinking they all need to be tied in together, I JUST went and ripped the door panel apart and the switch is good and light n such. The car starts without problems. The radio works when i even put it on ACC, it just resets itself. And no power windows or door locks

Radio reseting is Due to the Constant hot and Switched Power wires being reversed or Both hooked up to a Switched lead at the fuse box...

I bet you have the first, Being your radio power wires are wired in backwards.

its a stock radio. everything electrical is stock except a boost gauge but that gives me a idea on something.... thanks

Well it wasnt what i was thinking, and the 80A Fuse is good. Still at a loss on this. But i just realized that I have no HVAC stuff either. But the power seatbelts that love to strangle you alive still work.
So do the interior lights.

Check for parasitic draw. By disconnecting your negative battery for 30 minutes. Then connect your volt meter to the negative battery terminal and the negative battery cable. It should be no more than .005amps. If its more then you got a problem. Then just start pulling fuses untill you find whats drawing the power.

A easy way to fix this is just to cut the wire to that fuse and wire in a relay.

.001 draw i did that like 2 hours ago .... I dont have so much of a problem anymore of a draw, now my Power Windows and Door Lokcs dont work, My blower motor doesnt work (HVAC), and my radio doesnt hold memory, as soon as I turn it on, to acc it comesright on but its not holding the memory. Its all stock except the boost gauge. ive gone through the fuzes under the dash and in the engine bay to no sucess. I found a drain with my interior light switch on the roof of my car, I just pulled the fuse for Dome light and it fixed that issue but now like I said i am missing alot of other crap. and im confuzzled

now why the HELL does the power windows, radio memory, power door locks run off of this???? whatever its fixed and im going to sleep a good night after 4 nights of hell. I have my front fender ripped of the car starting to run wires back from the fuse box .... freakin car.

and that fuse wasnt even blown. just it didnt like it...
NITE and I hope others will find this as there fix.
