Sticky Clutch

my clutch sticks down whenever i drive in 5th gear consecutively for over a couple hours...i usually have to slow my way down for about 10 minutes, before the clutch can kick back naturally like its supposed to (maybe fluid needs to re-circulate)...i thought it was because i didn't have enough fluid, but my levels at max...could it be the hydraulic inside which releases the clutch needs to be replace? im stumped, plz help me

Has the clutch been bleed, there may be air in the line and causing this. I am not an expert at all, but that would be a good place to start.
