Steering wheel help! Awwwwwwww

OK I've searched and searched and searched. I was wondering If anyone has a write up for a steering wheel installation with a ebay universal install kit. My horn doesn't work and I have no clue how to wire it up I know it's simple but when wire is the hot wire for the horn? Pic's would be much appreciated

Suggestion. For the horn there should be 2 pins on the switch(horn button) ,the middle wire that goes thrue the hub is positive,connect it to a pin(any of two on switch). Then run the other wire from other pin to a ground. I used one of the small bolts that hold the steering wheel to hub for a Ground.

YA that help's but I got rid of my clock spring in order for my adapter to work.
