[RESOLVED] Ebay Steering Wheel HELP

I just got this in the mail. For 48 bucks i had to atleast try it out.
95-99 ECLIPSE STEERING WHEEL+QUICK RELEASE HUB ADAPTER:eBay Motors (item 350234395216 end time Aug-07-09 14:38:07 PDT)

I've tried to install it but i cannot find out how the short release needs to be installed. Has anyone put one of these? please help

I got the same one. the only way I could get the signal lights to shut off is to have the wheel off to the left a bit. I just stratened it out and manualy work the signal. for the cruse, and horn I'm still working on them. I took the swivel out and rewiring the cruse & mounting it some ware. the horn, if I can't figure it out I'm just going to put it on a fake nos button.

why wouldnt your turn signals work perfectly. All the connections to the turn signal can be plugged in. And for the horn i just cut one of the plugs that connected to the clock spring that i believe was the power for the horn and wired it to the horn of the steering wheel. I still havent checked if it worked, probably wont i never get things right the first time

my signals work, but the signal cancel dosen't line up. If I don't turn the wheel far enough the signal dosen't cancel. The horn will be fixed now, thanks I didn't think of that.
