Starts but doesn't move.

Alright, I went to my shop and well my mechanic told me he drove the car into the garage no problem but when we started it up. The darn car didn't move! I'm thinking it's my clutch but it was fine 7 hours when we drove it in? It doesn't move in reverse or 1st at all. Please helpp!!! I just got everything ready for safety and my heart sunk (felt like it) when i tried to back it out.

Brakes have probably rusted if its been sitting that long

Sounds more like a bad axle to me.

Do you have pressure on your clutch pedal if don't then you have a bad slave cylinder or master cylinder do easy stuff first.

I'm going to have to say axle it happened on my car. I bought it and didn't realize the previous owner unbolted it on the back of the block and it fell out a little bit.
