2G Starter motor problems

I have a 1999 eclipse gst which I left outside for a long period of time there seems to be an issue with the starter moter do you guys know what I should check

You have to be much more specific, what exact problem are you having? is it manual or automatic?

It's a Manuel the car the battery works as I just replaced the only issue I can see whe. I crank it is the starter moter thing like the radio and ac start too so I know it's not just that battery

What voltage is the battery at? Confirmed good connections on battery/starter?
