Starter issue

Hey guys iv been having problems with my car starting. When i tun the key nothing happens. I changed the starter with a refurb from advance and the problem was fixed for two days. Now the problem is back. Is there a way to "jump" the starter without using the key to see if its the problem again or not? thanks

ground wire is still on and tight

Make sure ALL connections are cleaned including, battery terminals, ground and starter wires. It sounds like a dirty connection caused you to change the starter, then it worked for 2 days because you disturbed the wires a little, then bad connection, again. Doesn't sound like a starter problem. Also, does your interior lights, radio, etc. come on when you turn the key?

My car was doing that a few weeks ago and I cleaned the battery terminals and put it all back tight and no more intermittent failure to crank.

I cleaned the battery terminals ,grounds i could find, connections on starter, and anything else i could think of. All lights, radio, and other electronics have power and work fine.
