I just recently dropped a turbo motor in my nt 1g dsm. I've done all the necessary wiring that's needed for this mod and the car is pretty much ready to go. Ok here's my problem. My car is a manual and I modded an automatic engine harness to put in the car. I have the harness in the car now and i noticed the that the two plugs need for the starter harness are different.
The plug on the right is from the manual transmission harness and the one on the left is from the automatic's harness.
As you can see the plug for the automatic only uses two wires
The manual has four wires goin to the plug
This is the the plug I can use to plug into the starter harness. My Question is where do the two red wires run to? I tried using the plug that the A/T uses but the car didn't start so I'm pretty sure it has something to do with those two red wires

but in the last pic, that's the female plug from a M/T that I can use to make it work but it's just those damn two red wires that I'm not exactly sure of where they run to. Imma give it a few days to see if anyone can help me out after that looks i'll be running to the salvage yard for a M/T harness
