everything goes through me right now

ill post later tonight what the 2200 included right now there is not a fully set price each kit. Price fluctuates with the deal and setup me and the customer work out... Some people get things cheaper because of future buisness and sponsership deals some get regular pricing depends on what u can do for me and how much money your gonna spend here. Ill cut u a deal if your bottom end and turbo go through me cause thats alot of cash ya kno?

im here to help people out and pass on the knowledge ive gained in my lifetime...

and make a few motors push over 500hp and take out some 4g63 guys in the process:D :shhh:

how fast do you want to go depends on how much money and time i put into the motor,

i can go as far as aligning the bores and making sure each rod and piston are the exact height so compression in each cylidner are pefect, polishing the bores to provide less friction,

fully moly and oil shed coating, thermal barriers, knife edged cranks...

the world is endless the question is do you want to step up to the plate?

arent you always supposed to do that when rebuilding an engine.. all engines should have equal compression in each cylinder..

standard process in every machine shop ive been in is to recon the rods
make sure the journals and bearing surfaces are good, if not machine them mill the bedplate and line bore the main line. run throught he oil holes and replace the freeze plugs and deck the block average machine shop around here charges about 250$ for that

and that has nothing to do with *blue printing or making sure each rod and piston are the same length and height in the clyinder bore , polish the bores for less friction and longer ring life, and such these process's are expensive and time consuming...

most shops trust that the manufactures tolerances are good enough to have the same compression in each cylinder, which is not always true these parts are mass produced not unusual to find glitches in the product...

I would still very much like to know what is involved with this new turbo kit :D . motofool, i emailed your "Bill" rep. awaiting a reply on the following questions:

For one, what components are included in this turbo kit? How much is the cost? What wHP will the kit be putting out? How reliable are the parts compared to, say, HRC or Star Performance?

2 kits due to leave this week stage 1

and 1 stage 2 due to leave this week

kits went through another upgrade session and the current kits will get a upgraded fuel rail either upon shipment or within 2-3 weeks from now...

As soon as someone gets their kit in, tell us about it. I am very interested in one of these. I have the money, just waiting to see how the kit turns out.

here is a preveiw

this pic contains the old style crushbent downpipes

the new style ktis come with a aluminum fuel rail and ill be changing the bov's to the HKS standard bov
