I have built my motor almost all the way up. I have a couple of more things to do, but I am in a bind because I have stuff that UNLESS you have a turbo, I am loosing HP now. I have 3 in. Apex'i N1 Exhaust. My motor is solid now though. Just got done doing the top end and topping it off with a metal head gasket. I need to do the intake manifold then lastly the exhaust manifold. I am ready for a turbo so bad, but I cant decide what to buy and where to buy it.

he's making turbo kits for 420a using parts most people end up getting after HRC kit anyway.

Vortech SFMU,
manifold,
fuel and oil lines,
30# injectors,
intank fuel pump,
flex sectioned down pipe,
missing link,
proabably a fuel pressure guage and maybe a boost guage, for 1900-2000$

I'm prolly gonna get this after I finish fixing my gsx

so does his kit come with everything. all fiting and all that bov and waste gate etc... cause if it does thats a damn good price.

When I was speaking to him, he said it shouldbe out in a couple of weeks.
Not sure on the bov and wastegate, guessing a not on that.
I was thinking the trim models dont need wastgates?
its a customized kit, as even I requested a bigger turbo so the best bet is to talk to him directly. compares to a hrc stage II I remember him saying. But that was with the smaller turbo. I think I wanted the 60trim, because I want to rebuild the motor first anyway.
Anyways after talking to him, I like his setup because you can customize stuff instead of getting parts you know youre gonna throw out anyway.

Im in too. Will have the money in less than couple months. I got some q's tho. I've heard that its reccomendable to do a compression test b4 installing. Now, where can I do that around seattle area? Is it obtainable in every mitsubishi dealers? And, what will be the good results. Thanks.

ummm....you can test your compression your self, its easy, dont waste money getting someone else to do it...use search and find a how to check compression topic, i know ive seen one around...

ps ill have money for the kit in a week or 2....

16psi with only an MBC my ass. That 2g BOV would leak like a bi***. You can't even get a steady 12psi out of that thing.

Hey guys couple answers to the questions:

Compressor a/r .60
Compressor wheel trim 60
Turbine a/r .48
Turbine wheel is T3 stage I

39mm flapper on the internal gate its set to 6 psi but there it always a flucuation and boost leaks with some vacume leaks for the most part its gonna be between 5 and 6 psi

the BOV for the base kit is a bosch porsche style but as is everything with these ktis its upgradeable...
you want a better one i credit the price for the normal one and you get that towards a better one...

the kits are complete kit at stage 1 if u want stage 2 our intercooler piping isn't final yet but i can get u close enough u can figure it out and modify it enough to have it fit...

these kits are ona custom basis for the most part so far if u want a bigger or smaller turbo we can switch out this or that. shoot me an email or hit me up on the instant msg programs and we'll get u a turbo kit to suit your needs..


with in a week to two weeks ill have basically 5 kits ready to go short of some things that have to be ordered at that time depending on what size injectors or turbo u want....

we now have some revised manifolds and some other things have changed were not usging the bosch BOV's anymore where going with turbo xs type h bovs and usging the choice of two trubos at t3/t4 57 trim hybrid of the the 60trim t3...

and a few things like the manifold have changed...

I think for the 1g uip's theyre bothe the same but I could be wrong. This guy put mine on his 1g and he had an H. Mine came with a flange kit.
