stabilizer link problem

Just got my car inspected I did not notice this before I took it but the rear stabilizer links I had one that was broke and the other seems to be too long and is rubbing on the half shaft? Has anyone had this problem? I'm going to look into it more this weekend any help would be appreciated. I will try to get a picture up today or tomorrow.

You just need a new end link. They're dirt cheap and available at any parts store. I've had one break on my car as well.

The sway bar is sitting out of place from it's normal position due to having only one end link, and that's why it's rubbing on the CV shaft.
