TMZ supposedly new
installed by an idiot.
shimmed pivot ball
Southbend kevlar street disk (new)
anyways, he put it in, was way too notchy, replaced slave and the master. its bled i repeat THE LINES ARE BLED. first will grind, ive had the master rod over adjusted, under adjusted, adjusted according to jacks trans video, 1st grinds, as well as reverse Sometimes, some times they both work like a dream, somtimes the wont work at all and i literally have to shut the car of and start it in gear, when operating in WOT and up shifting it will shift great, i can also downshift to first if i put slight pressure on the shifter while decelerating and it will "fall into gear"

Now for the goodies, recently i had some what seems like tob noise, squeek grinding when starting the car with the clutch petal down(wether the cars in gear or not does not matter) and only when the pedal is down, but the other day when i had the clutch rod over adjusted the trans would squeek while idling until. could all my issues be from a throw out bearing? or should i go shove my foot up the tranny guys a**? even though he completely incompetent and i don't want my car in his shop anymore.

Did you have the step checked?

Which flywheel are you using?

All the pro installers and clutch bleeds, and MC rod adjusting in the world wont fix a bad step.

I assume the Kevlar disc is the right thickness for the application, but sometimes you never know...

It does sound like an over engagement issue.

Also MT90 is great stuff, but I just threw in some diaqueen... Its liquid crack. I used to double shift into reverse, and go from 2 to 1 to guarantee a smooth transition to first when I first start the car. No more!

I ran these in the following order, and coincidentally they only got better each time
20 year old oem < syncromesh < MT90 < DiaKING!
