So I installed my intercooler yesterday. I followed the writeup here on tuners but I found a couple things that I thought would work better. Im posting pics to show what i did. 1st pic is of the power steering relocation I did. All I had to do is remove the bolt from the bottom of the center radiatior suppt and swing the cooler behind it. Then using the factory clamp and a longer bolt I installed everything from the back.
Pics 2 and 3 are of the hood latch and bumper cover support. Again i installed a longer bolt from the back side instead of the front. Tighten the bolt down completely then use a nut to hold the hood latch tight. Put another nut on simply for a spacer. Cut the bumper support off evenly at the bottom. Drill a hole in the center toward the bottom and slide it over the bolt. use a nut to hold this tight against the spacer nut in back. This eliminates any worry of chafing on the upper support bracket for the intercooler, as well as making the upper part of the bumper cover less likely to come loose from not having enough material to hold the support secure.
All other steps are done as the writeup states here on tuners. Hope this helps someone and enjoy.
