I installed my new Full Stainless clutch line the other day. And blead it using the pump an hold method as well as a vacuum pump.

I'm not sure 100% if the ss line is bigger but When going to the SS line does your clutch pedal feel softer at all?

I've put about 2 resovoir amounts of fluid through the system using the vacuum pump. The slave appears to be moving the clutch fork it's full movement but does not feel like my talon. I was comparing movement from the talon to the laser.

Any ideas? Experiences?

The SS line should definitely make your pedal stiffer and not softer.... try bleeding it again. if its softer there is air in the system

i put almost all of one of the big bottles of brake fluid when i bleed mine. keep pumpin away. i heard the dip method works well......never tried it myself though.
