This isn't so much a diagnose my fail as help me figure out what caused it so I don't do it twice...

I managed to blow a hole in a SS cluch line. Have any of you done this? If so, under what conditions?

they can blow a hole in em if you ground em out. If they touch a 12volt source, it will go out.

i've blown an ss oil line before. We think the a/c radiator fan wire had contact with it and it blew a hole causing it to spew oil all over the place.
