2G Spyder GS F5M31 flywheel compatibility

I was wondering if anyone has any first hand experience with this. I've got a 7 bolt 4g63, and the spyder 2.4 5 speed transmission. I am wondering if the flywheel diameter and thickness is the same as the turbo fwd flywheel. I know they use the same clutch, but before i buy a flywheel for the setup i would like to know what works properly. Thanks

Dont know if its too late for ya but i used a gst flywheel for mine.
