spring No lowering!?

i need to get a set of springs but the only thing i can get for 1g to not lower my ride and yet have stifer springs is ground control or other adjustable coil over!?

anyone knows of stifer springs same height as stock!?

i run a full set of KYB AGX shocks w/ Eibach Pro Kit springs. I see absolutely NO DIFFERENCE.... they are supposed to lower the car at least 1" but I measured mine and the rears are exactly the same height and the fronts are 1/8 in. HIGHER. So WTF?
