Lowering Spring - No Preload???

I'm assembling my rear Tokico Illumina shocks with matching Tokico springs, and I have everything mounted correctly, but there is zero preload on the spring! I mean I can shake it around, zero preload whatsoever. Is this correct? I know the spring is shorter but I figured there would still be SOME preload so it won't move after assembly.

That's pretty typical. Just be careful when you lower the car so that the springs are aligned.

My prokits where like that and after I put the car back on the ground it compressed the spring
