Sporadic idle on decel, 1.3k idle

Hey guys, I just got back from driving my car, and it's acting a little weird. First, the idle is sitting at about 1.3k rpm, instead of the usual 750 rpm. Also I noticed that when slowing down with the clutch in, the idle will jump from 1k rpm up to about 1500, then drop back down to 1k again. It doesn't do it at idle, just on decel. Any ideas of what it could be? I'm sure I have some boost leaks to fix still, as my vacuum is a little low, but any other suggestions? Thanks.

your going to have to look for some boost and vacuum leaks before you do anything because my car was doing and i found a few leaks and i had to mess with my cps then it quit try that and get back

Mine does that once every other month for like 2 days and then it disappears, i think mine it related to a dieing throttle position sensor though, if you have a service manual it should have a way to test it with an ohm meter.
