Spooling after shifting question

Well my car sometimes won't want to spool after i get on it and do a 2nd gear pull and I'll put it in 3rd to pull and it just falls on its face and i look at my boost gauge and it barely even spools... i just swapped my turbo so i eliminated thinking it was that... i don't have any way to check for boost leaks. you guys think this could cause this?? any help would be appreciated...

Boost leak test is a must! Check the exhaust side too.

Just put in a new turbo, all new gaskets. Exhaust is good too go
like a crunchwrap... I know i have to do a Boost leak test. I was just wondering if a boost leak would cause my car to do this..

Thanks bro, well i guess i'm going to get a boost leak test done and see whats going on..
I also have another question.. my oil return line keeps dripping from the oilpan, put a new gasket and slightly rtv'd it and it leaks, and i don't know why... has me puzzled...

Make sure both surfaces are dry and flat.

A boost leak will cause the car to bog.

I did i wiped both surfaces with a rag and made sure it was clean and dry
then rtvd it together and it still leaks...
I am going to get a boost leak test soon.. But first of all i need a water pump i think, i went for a drive. Stopped at alberstons and my coolant dumped out on the driver side and only thing i can think of is, the oil filter housing coolant hoses but they were cool now i'm thinking its my water pump.. ahhhh i bought the car and they "said" they replaced it but idk... We shall see i guess..

Use 2 gaskets, spray them both with copper spray and get 2 new oem crush washers,make sure you torque the bolts to spec, you can also stud your oil pan too, I had tried everything to stop my leak, read in a similar thread and Corey (gopher) suggested the method of dbl gaskets on oilpan side and spray them with copper spray, I tried it and it worked perfectly.

This is a little old and you probably have fixed it by now but just incase you havnt, you use 2 gaskets for your return line, spray them both with copper spray, put them together and install the same as you would if you used 1 gasket.
