Splash Guard cutting

I am planning to cut my splash guard down to be able to put my CAI on, and I don't know what I need to get to cut it.

I know regular scissors won't work, but what will?

Any tips on fabricating it to fit a CAI?

It's plastic, so you should be able to cut it with a utility knife and a couple of spare razor baldes in case the one in your knife get dull too fast.

imo a dremmel tool should be in everybodys toolbox.

The dremel will heat up and melt the plastic however. Scissors and razor blades should be fine.

An X-acto (sp?) knife will work fine.

Tin snips, or those scissors they sell in the magazines that can cut through pennies. Walgreen's has them.

not if you have a variable speed and turn the rpm down. of course i guess we are used to running wfo.

a utility knife or x-acto knife should do the trick

I have used everything from normal scissors to garden shears to razor blade to a saw to a Dremel. All work great!
