Speratic Idle and Code

OK so I'm throwing p0505, I have searched the threads with no solution in site.

OK so I have changed my IAC, Blocked off the EGR, Change the PCV, Cleaned the TB, Changed the TB and mani gaskets.

No matter what I do my idle does what it wants, Some day's it hunts from 1100 - 1400, Some days it wont drop below 1250, Some day's it just stalls my car out when I press the clutch.

Is there something I'm forgetting to do or something I'm not understanding.

And correct me if I'm wrong but the 420a does NOT have a BISS correct?

Have you checked the wiring to the IAC for any grounded or shorted connections? And the 420a does have a BISS screw, but there is a tamper proof cap you have to take off.

Do you know the location of the screw.

It is on the top of the throttle body. It's the little thing that the throttle snaps against, but as I said before it has a tamper proof cap you have to take off.

maybe any possible vacuum leaks? I would for sure check the harness for any bad connections/grounds.
Is it running rich?

Ive checked for leaks a few times, don't ever find anything, I have checked all connection points from ECU to IAC and all have great continuity.

I have a 420a, I don't have a MAF only MAP. Thanks though.
