What is the top speed that you have ever gotten your stock N/T Eclipse?

I was just curious. I haven't really tried it yet cause my brakes at the moment are too warped and scary. Is there a governor on these cars?

Ive been to 120-130, then this happend:

Take it from someone who knows, if you must try it, dont do it unless you have the right tires among other things and PLENTY of road.
