420A speed sensor gear

hi everyone;
i try to change my speed sensor but the gear on the sensor does not fit the hole on transmission(manual)!
When installing lsd dif. i took it of easily. i dont want to drop the transmission again, any ideas?

This doesn't make any sense. You removed the speed sensor. Installed a lsd diff and now the speed sensor doesn't fit back on the case?

i installed the lsd last year, and when installing lsd renewed the speed sensor. it worked good until last month, but broken again. and now i cant take it off.
