i need to change my spark plugs tonight after work but i don't know and don't have time to figure out what size spark plug socket fits the plugs. will somebody PLEASE let me know what size spark plug socket i'm gonna need to change these out. the are the BPR6ES if it makes any difference.

13/16 is what you are looking for. Most tool kits come with a specific sparkplug socket that has a rubber pad in the well of the socket as well as writing specifying that it is for spark plug use only.

Glad I could help.

right but , its not like the 6's are complete dogshit , i mean im running low 12's on the bpr6es's :shhh: , although i did go to discount today and ordered some 8.5mm wires and they didnt have the 7's so im going to go search for those tommorrow, i do believe on 26 psi i should be using the 7's :nono:

yup, thats the same boost i currently run right now with the same turbo on 94oct.
how much airflow are you seeing at that level? im seeing upwards to 38lb/min with
less then 0.5deg knock. good to see some guys representing the evo3 turbo. some guys
on dsmlink forums have gotten up to 43lb/min already and mid/low 11's.

i dont have dsmlink but i do have an afc and maft, with the maft 0'd out i get like 1900-2000 hertz on 26 psi, and i run 93 octane here, and i dont even remeber the last time i had charged batteries in my logger so who knows about the knock issue.

I dunno, unless he's running high boost, which he shouldn't be, there's no reason with his mods to get the 7's. It's actually bad to go too cold. I'd just stick with the 6's for the time being if I were him.

6's are good. We put 7's in a 92 with basic bolt ons and felt l like we lost some power, plus the fouled up 3 months later.
