could the wrong type of spark plug ( a stock spark plug on a car pushing say 25lbs of boost) before destroying the motor cause the car to overheat? please explain. thanks

I can make this work; if the stock plugs too hot for your tune, it could cause detonation. Detonation could cause head gasket failure. Head gasket failure could cause overheating before destroying the engine.
Is that the senario you needed drawn out? This would be based on the assumtion that you are beating a modded car without monitoring the engine. Most people would stop boosting and fix the problem at the first sign of knock.
