Spark Plug Question

Recently Ive been having some sputtering issues that sound most closely to this video

YouTube - DSM 98 Eclipse GSX Boost Stutter

I planned to finish off the basic maintenance on the car and hopefully have the spark plugs/ wires be the issue causing this. Now my question is which one of the NGK spark plugs would be best to use?

From another topic on the forums someone stated that if your under 18-19 psi use the 6s and anything over use the 7s. My goals for the car are over 300 whp and from this same thread it was stated that 7s should be good till 400hp or so

Also any input on why the car would make this noise is appreciated.

FYI: Car in the youtube video is not mine, just found it and it had the same problem but no definite answer
