Spark Plug Question ,need advice quick!

Im on my way out the door to go get spark plugs. I wanted to know what would be the best kind.

1997 GSX
Completely stock except for all free mods.
running 14psi
no engine mods what-so-ever

I just got new wires, so i wanna make them happy with new plugs.

Also , what is a good gap for the plugs too, for my setup (, setup... its stock, but u know what i mean.)

Get the NGK BPR6ES since you are still pretty much stock.

gapped to .28

If your gapper only has .25 and .30 buy one that has .28 on it.

thanks, got em, my gapper has all the numers, 22,23,24,25 and so on..
