hey guys srry its been awhile....been kinda busy...LOL....cars down for now ( stupid transmission problems....my throwout bearing sum how came off the shaft and destroyed my pressure plate....LOL....kinda stinks majorly)...but still interested in a DSM club in SD...so how bout we start getting a organized group?

umm...im all up for the meets and stuff...but im on probation and my curfew is 11 on friday and saturday...so unless i could possibly crash at sumones or the meets during the day...then idk LOL

k the talon is up and running agian...all i have to do is change the plugs and do a BLT and ill be up in sufu soon....umm if any of u want to meet up my numbers 770-6733....might be up there next weekend...LOL...so yea...hoping to meet some of u

Im down for a meet, just let me know in a pm. But my car wont be running till April/ May so anytime after than will work for me.
 
my car, I bought the car with a locked up 7 bolt in it. I had a built 6 bolt to put in it. But the six bolt spun a the thrust bearing after only having 18 miles on it! The only thing my friends and i can think of is there had to be some foreign material in the oil cooler that dislodged while it was running and starved
the thrust bearing of oil. Kind of a shitty deal if you ask me LOL. But now I am building it better than it was before. I have a kiggley racing main girdle going on with arp main studs, Im also gonna have the mains dowel pinned and align honed. So hopefully that keeps the mains from moving around and keeping me from getting crank walk LOL

Im new to dsm's, and i just bought a 91 eagle talon tsi, with some mods done to it, but it doesnt run. no spark at all, and no rpm when cranking.. Cranks fine and im pretty much down to the crank/cam angle sensor, wiring or the ecu. Im looking to find someone with a 91-92 dsm that would let me either try my crank/cam angle sensor in there car to see if its good, or there sensor in my car or if anyone has a good cas laying around they would like to sell. I live in sioux falls, and would pay someone to test it. It sucks ### I dont wanna buy a used one and still not be sure if the used one is good or not and not sure if thats the problem or not. Thanks
 
Hey all. Well I am from Brookings. I have a 95 talon. I have been down to siox falls with it alot last summer. Lot of you might hate chris(owner of ssp) but I usualy am with his cousin and sometimes chris. I would love a dsm meet. I would even set one up for us all! Its cold and ### out so we can see what the weather is like around lets say April or May? ### by then my car said be all done up...Tyeler...Hahah. But ya we will just keep posting and when it starts to get nice out then we will get down to business :rocks: haha
 
well im up for a meet anytime, just need to get my talon, and talontsi needs to get that steering knuckle back together, getting tired of it hogging up the hoists :p jk
 
damn.... seems like winter is the down tyme for DSMs mines been down for about a year :( but iv almost built everything :) stage 6 SBR head, ross psitons, eagle rods, yada yada. im hoping for 600+awhp when shes up and running :) and hopfully thatll be before summer so i can hit up a few dsm meets!!!!!!!!!!!! but seroucely guys we all need to pull some shit togather during the ### ass corvette rally this year!!!!!!!!!! :) i think thad be a real crowd pleaser hahahaha
 
well i dont want to start shit with anyone but word has it from a few ppl i know SSP is out.... i was told gagmen had tax invasion or sum shit..... i didnt like him anyway..... he was an ass when he came to my side of the state.... plus there work is self explanitory..... the evo blew up how many times??? 3 or 4??? the supra i heard has blown up a couple times..... ya i understand these are high HP cars but build them to be efficient and make your work show somthing but idk... this is all hear say so.... w/e i just didnt like how he treated me and some freinds when he came to our side of the state.......

with my project im about 5K off of finishing it and it seems like 20K :(
 
man it seems like there isnt to many of us still looking at this LOL. we need to get something set up. sparetires car is finally up and running for now anyways LOL. and its finally nice out
