Ok, I go to Universal Technical Institute in Glendale heights IL, been there almost 8 months. The teacher I have worked as a "scab" at the DSM plant back in 1992-1997. He explained that what he did there was take brand new 4g63 engines off the truck move them on forklifts and bring them to the guys that would clean them up (you'll see why a brand new engine needed to be clean in a second). So he has some good experience with what went on at the plant as well as pictures at the plant and him driving brand new eclipses with 0 miles on them. Well anyways he started telling us about the trucks that brought the engines to the plant. As most of you know the engines were assembled in Mexico. During the early to mid 90's border patrol wasn't the best there and it was found out that many illegal imagrents were hopping onto the DSM trucks and getting a free ride accross the border. Well, my teacher said the ride took them a couple days to get from mexico to Normal IL. So obviously they imagrents would have to use the bathroom. Where would they go cramped in the back of a small truck you might ask. Right in the 4G63 engines, they would literally take the oil caps off and do their business right into the engines. This was quite obvious because when the trucks would pull up to the unloading dock and the door pulled open all the dockworkers (including my teacher) would occasionally throw up from the smell and sight. He then went on to explain that when this problem first started happening that some engines got through the final check and were actually put into cars with the "crap" still inside and the engines simply wouldn't run. So from then on all engines went through a high pressure heated water treatment to completly cleanse the inside of the engine. Just wanted to share this sick story with all of ya...let me know what ya guys think.

i don't know if i believe any of this, but the subaru guys will love it... and so what if you've seen pictures. photoshop is an amazing program - wanna see what your car would look like with a V12 under the hood? if you really want to be grossed out, check out the lack of restrictions on what goes into your processed foods

See, now THAT's believeable. Why in God's name would you shit down a one inch hole, when you have a nice corner to do it in?

He said they did it becuase they didn't want to see or smell it. I mean would you? Engines were assembled in mexico but parts were imported from Japan.

The truck would eventually have to stop for gas or sleep so thats when they'd get out.

It is the 4G63 engines becuase this started in 1993 supposedly.

Also this was a pretty big story that was leaked out by Diamond Star Motor corp around that time, i'm surprised not alot of people have heard this story.

I'm not stupid i have over 5 years experience working with photoshop. And they weren't computerized images they were pictures produced from film. From a Kodac camera.

Trust me guy's i was asking all the same questions you are. I couldn't believe it either!! But it does make sense.

Perhaps you should have your teacher register on here and post up these pics..

Theres about as much chance of that happening as there is finding the guy that crapped in our engines!!

Well, without proof, no one here is going to believe you.

Believe it or not, this story is true about Mexicans sneaking across the border inside the Mitsubishi trucks. My dad also worked at the plant for 15 years. He started work there when they had completed only 60 cars and just got laid off last year. One of the stories he had told me was that there was a load of the 420A motors coming up from Mexico and when they opened the truck there was a load of crap in one corner and a whole bunch of bean burritos on top of the motors. He never said anything about crapping inside the oil fill but I don't doubt it.

One of the other good stories he would tell me about is how they hired people at the Mitsubishi plant in Mexico. If some people didn't show up for work or quit, the foreman would walk outside. There is an 8ft fence that surrounds the plant down there and the foreman would walk to the fence. Literally hanging on the fence would be hundreds of Mexican natives waiting to get a job. The foreman would pick out the strongest looking men to fill the positions he needed. If you were productive and didn't get into trouble, you got a full time job.

I mean why would i make a story about this up?!?!

I'd have to be either very sick or very bored.

funny you should say you'd have to be sick or bored - seems like a lot of threads around here are started by people like that. i can't find any press releases or anything about this. truth or rumor, it's still funny.

 Easy, Jason!

All I'm saying is that it is a rather tall tale for us to believe, since there is no proof.

I didn't mean to explode :p

I know what ya mean though it is tough to believe. Hah wouldn't that be funny if thats why all 2g's had crankwalk...cuz of a big ol' poopy inside there :barf:

LOL, i find it hard to say he's lying with pictures

tell him to post the pictures.

They used high pressure 700 degree water to clean them out

700 degree water would melt oil seals inside the engine, making them even harder to start.

that story about the foreman choosing the strongest out of a group is ####ing stupid. stop watching ####ing movies, obviously this is where you got you little story from. Im Mexican and if you havent noticed were not lazy, so why dont you shut the #### up with your shit. There is a job shortage in Mexico but people dont hang around a ####ing fence for a job, that sounds like some Russian shit, ####ing idiot! Pisses me off when people talk shit with out knowing their shit.

Well hell, they all sit around in front of home depots across the country. seems a mitsu factory would be a much better job, better place to stand. Maybe they arnt stupid and they recieved better jobs than you have. makes ya think eh?

come on, lets not make this post racial. I was mearly retelling a story that was told to me. I'm going to try and get a hold of the article he has about this to. No need to get this thread locked it's an interesting story and i just thought everyone might like to hear it.

Also i was informed that this is getting tossed around to other forums, a friend saw it in some anti-rice forum OMG look what i started!!!

That's a pretty weird story. I'm going to UTI in August of this year and I was wondering if you like it there and what is it like down there?

Yeah dont keep it racial you racists bastards! Just kidding I crack jokes on my own kind, it makes it even funnier. LOL

Water turns into steam @ 212F and I'm pretty sure steam can't MUCH hotter than that unless its contained. Not to mention almost everything would flash rust rather quickly.
If it smells like bullshit and looks like bullshit, then its probably bullshit :thumb:
have you wondered why you teacher worked as a scab @ the plant? He sounds like a compulsive liar.

FVCK YOU (yes im ####ing russian)!!! we should make your country a big radioactive golf course, its no use anyway

I'm not being racist but when I worked in Texas the mexican guys I worked with could work all day with no break and nothing to eat and never complain. Also one day on my off day I went and stood in a line for work outside a hardware store. This is where all the oil field and other people needing roughnecks would go and look for workers for the day. I went to work at a oil field clean up site and got fired that in only half a day cause i did in 6 hours what the mexicans can do in 2 and I thought I was moving fast. I have the utmost respect for these guys cause to go to work day in and day out doing that kind of work takes REAL MEN.

This may already been posted, but it seems to me that instead of DSM creating a whole crew to clean out shit filled motors they would solve the problem at its cause, stopping illegal immigrants from getting on their trucks. I just doubt DSM would continue to let illegal on their trucks and let them continue to shit in the motors and just say, egh, we will just hire a crew to clean them out, no big deal.

Only if the driver let them out. Truck vans don't open from the inside.

Still, a lovely story. And as you can see, it brings out the best in everyone.

Done.
