Ok, I go to Universal Technical Institute in Glendale heights IL, been there almost 8 months. The teacher I have worked as a "scab" at the DSM plant back in 1992-1997. He explained that what he did there was take brand new 4g63 engines off the truck move them on forklifts and bring them to the guys that would clean them up (you'll see why a brand new engine needed to be clean in a second). So he has some good experience with what went on at the plant as well as pictures at the plant and him driving brand new eclipses with 0 miles on them. Well anyways he started telling us about the trucks that brought the engines to the plant. As most of you know the engines were assembled in Mexico. During the early to mid 90's border patrol wasn't the best there and it was found out that many illegal imagrents were hopping onto the DSM trucks and getting a free ride accross the border. Well, my teacher said the ride took them a couple days to get from mexico to Normal IL. So obviously they imagrents would have to use the bathroom. Where would they go cramped in the back of a small truck you might ask. Right in the 4G63 engines, they would literally take the oil caps off and do their business right into the engines. This was quite obvious because when the trucks would pull up to the unloading dock and the door pulled open all the dockworkers (including my teacher) would occasionally throw up from the smell and sight. He then went on to explain that when this problem first started happening that some engines got through the final check and were actually put into cars with the "crap" still inside and the engines simply wouldn't run. So from then on all engines went through a high pressure heated water treatment to completly cleanse the inside of the engine. Just wanted to share this sick story with all of ya...let me know what ya guys think.

sounds like something else my subaru buddies are gonna give me shit about now

"hey atleast my engine hasnt been shit in before"

I call BS.

First, these lazy illegals aren't going to go to the trouble of making things "clean" by dumping into the oil cap.

Secondly, the factory is going to clean an engine internally with hot water? I don't think so. Some sort of solvent maybe, but even that's doubtful.

LOL, i find it hard to say he's lying with pictures... i mean you can literally see the crap and piss coming out of the truck. Yes we all know it's illegal to sneak accross the border but it happens.
And about cleaning the engines...once a motors built they just oil it up and put it in. They used high pressure 700 degree water to clean them out, then put them on chain hangers and put them in a heated painting room to dry. I saw the pictures so it's no BS

Im Mexican and I never took a shit in anyones engine before. And Im legal beeyatches born and raised in the Chi, Cicero, Bolingbrook, Carol Stream, and Joliet. Its a pretty good idea anyways LOL. Damn those blasted immigrants. Them Mexicans too.

HAHAHA, i wonder if they did this on the 7 bolts and not the 6 bolts. Would explain a few things, but thats funny as ####, im glad my engine is all built and there is no mexican bean shit in it.

I believe the story but im sure they shitted next to the engines or on them but not inside of them.

All I'm saying is I don't care who you are, washing engines with water, no matter how you dry them, is a bad deal. Significant portions of these engines (like all engines) are made with iron and steel, and it will rust. Washing them with water is just stupid.

Thats total bullshit by him or his teacher. The car would still run with human waste inside, ask me, I know.... :thumb:

:dsm: Thats pretty nasty. Can't wait to tell some friends, they'll have to laugh at this.
Glad I have a swap I guess.

Actually in my class we wash all our motors with hot water and soap to get the oil and grease out , and then we spray them down with wd40 and I have never seen a motor rust by doing this. Soap and water is a good method to clean blocks. Just make sure to oil up the cylinder walls good.

Try taking a crap into a toilet paper tube and tell us how well that comes out. Good luck aiming that well. Or, take a look inside that cam cover, and tell us the last time you had a turd that was ½" long.

Where'd these illegals get off of the truck, or did he forklift them out, too?

I'd not heard of Mitsubishi engines having anything to do with Mexico. They came from Japan.

I say your teacher is a liar.

Thanks for that nice little sick story of yours. How did you know that is exactly the imagine I want in my head? Some mexican straddleing an engine to take a poop. Or some mexican taking a piss in the engine. It's a tight space in the truck right? And there is no light. How do you know if you even hitting the right spot? :barf: Ya that's nasty.

Shouldn't this be in the Hangout?

Your teacher is a ####ing idiot.

Reference Defiant's post.

Usually I am a bit more diplomatic, but come on, I couldn't even think up something that stupid in the middle of an 12 hour LSD voyage.

Believe it or not, this story is true about Mexicans sneaking across the border inside the Mitsubishi trucks. My dad also worked at the plant for 15 years. He started work there when they had completed only 60 cars and just got laid off last year. One of the stories he had told me was that there was a load of the 420A motors coming up from Mexico and when they opened the truck there was a load of crap in one corner and a whole bunch of bean burritos on top of the motors. He never said anything about crapping inside the oil fill but I don't doubt it.

One of the other good stories he would tell me about is how they hired people at the Mitsubishi plant in Mexico. If some people didn't show up for work or quit, the foreman would walk outside. There is an 8ft fence that surrounds the plant down there and the foreman would walk to the fence. Literally hanging on the fence would be hundreds of Mexican natives waiting to get a job. The foreman would pick out the strongest looking men to fill the positions he needed. If you were productive and didn't get into trouble, you got a full time job.

See, now THAT's believeable. Why in God's name would you shit down a one inch hole, when you have a nice corner to do it in?
