some questions before I put my turbo on

So I've read the vfaq and it seems simple enough to put the 16g I bought from my buddy, the hardest part is probably getting my t-25 off. I do have a few questions though. One water line is already attached and the other, I'll just re-use of my t-25, but which size crush washers should I use, or do I not need to replace them? The second question is what type of bolts should I use to put my j-pipe on? I have 2 bolts with allen-heads that seem to fit...problem is, only one of them fits nice. On the other side of the j-pipe, the hole on the flange is pretty snug to the actual pipe and the head of the bolt won't fit.

First off, I dont think the center chartriage of the turbos are same size so you might have fitment issues with the water line. Second i think the washer size is 14mm if u mean on the banjo fitting for the water line, and yes u should always replace crush washers. As for the j-pipe i used some alen headed bolts to tighten mine done just make sure they have flat fit and use some locktite.

IIRC the water line has to be bent a little bit when going from the T25 to a 16G. Search the forums, I'm positive the answer is there. Conversely, you could remove the water lines altogether, and go with oil cooled only for the turbo.

Yea, I know if I plan to use my water lines I'm going to need to use a little convincing. I'm not too worried about that. Thanks for the info though, I just ordered all the install stuff. One more question which I'm not sure can be answered on this post, anyone know if there are any deals going on for an o2 housing and tial mvs combo? The turbo is set up to run an external off the o2 so that's the final piece I need. I'm thinking about going with maperformance's kit over punishment's because of the free shipping. Is there anyone else offering a package like that though?
