lets start here. A week before,my sound system started to act really weird. When i turn my ignition on,the woofer starts to play for a 5 sec, then the speakers turns on and plays music. When i start the car, only woofer is playing,i can't hear nothing from speakers. And again, when i shut off the car and turn on the ignition,Woofer plays for couple sec,and after that speakers are playing (which is normal) any suggestions where i should look for a problem???

Without knowing the brand of audio system that you are using here is a solution to the problem.

What is happening is the remote out (blue/white) from the head unit puts out the signal to turn on the amplifiers. The subwoofer amplifier is seeing this trigger immediately as where the door speaker amplifier is delayed in seeing it. Possible causes are either circuit based (built-in delay circuit) or the amplifier has resistance on that trigger line causing it to delay. Once you start the car, notice the head unit also shut off and turn back on as the accessory wire's power is cut off on engine start. This is so brief that when the remote out (blue/white) loses power and turns it back on your door speaker amplifier is still in the process of "shutting down" and does not see the remote trigger turn back on hence why it stays off.

I bet that even if you feed it an accessory feed from the fuse panel you get the same result. What you need to do to resolve the issue is this: (please note that this is pure band-aid and that your door speaker amplifier should be looked at, unless it has always done it since new and it's "made" like that as are some Audiobahn and Clarion amplifiers)

Either at the fuse panel OR the ignition switch find an IGNITION wire feed. That would be a wire that shows 12v on accessory/on/crank. Feed the trigger of the amplifiers with that wire AS WELL as the red wire from the head unit. This will ensure that the head unit and amplifiers trigger remains on even on engine crank.

If the problem remains, you have a bum amplifier trigger port.

Hope this helps out.

well i have this set up for like 2 years now,and just a week before it start to act weird. The thing that im saying is,while im driving my car or when the car is idling, the speakers are not working, only woofer kicks and thats it,but when i shut the car off and turn the ignition on,the the system is playing :( WTF???

Yes, I know that's because the head unit shuts off and turns back on momentarily on engine start. You need to run a wire that shows 12v on accessory/on/start to the red wire of the head unit and each remote port of the amplifiers. That should solve your problem for now. The head unit is not putting out a strong enough trigger to re-turn on both amplifier after such a brief off/on cycle. Running an ignition wire will solve that problem as it will always have 12v on it even on engine start.

Just make sure that you cut/cap the blue/white remote-on wire from the head unit.

i believe this is a simular problem i had....it was the wiring just getting old where i used tape instead of connectors

i don't have any tapes.i got front/rear speakers and a sub wires comin out of my head unit, that goes straight to the amps, sub wire to the sub amp and speaker wires to the speakers amp.Clean setup ;)

Basically what he is trying to tell you is inspect the wiring! If it has been working perfectly for 2 years and all of a sudden just now going out, first thing is to inspect the install and the hardware.

I would've told you the exact same thing.

Problem SOLVED !!!!!! I borrowed an Amp from my friend, and yeaah it starts working again..... So my Alpine AMP gave up,which i thought it won't be possible in two years a good known brand to give up :(

are you sure the amp is done, maybe just the remote terminal is messed up. did you try what grnchevyz said and tap the remote turn on into a 12v just to see if the amp turns on. is the amp going into protect mode?

really an alpine amp gone in 2 years, i have no name brand systems that are still going on past 2 years. you can't let me show you up on there bro :) and im talking scoshe, roadmaster vr3, boss, ive surprised a lot of people with this budget system, and now with this claim of an alpine amp going in 2 years.. you have me surprised

yeaah it was an AMP i borowed an Audio Lightning amp from my friend, and i swixhed all the wires from my old amp to his amp,and everything worked good..... didn't touch the remote wire
