Lake District was gorgeous for sure...I could totally spend an entire vacation there. And over the course of the entire trip I took 1700 photos

Accents weren't that hard for me to decipher most places, as long as both me and the other person didn't have too many pints haha. My gf got lost in conversation a few times, though. The ones that required the most concentration for me were in northern Scotland, because they were so thick. I didn't offend anyone, so I'll call it a success!
