some higher mileage maintenance

I want to perform some work on my car it's just about to hit 130,000 miles and I drive it everyday and starting in a few weeks I'll have to be going a few towns away (usually I'm just local) So I just wanna make sure everything is good. The only things I've done since i got the car were change the oil and the front brakes/rotors. It's a 1.8L SOHC w/ 5 speed manual in a 1993 plymouth laser. I searched for some general maintenance tips but nothing really popped up. I want it to be reliable (don't know what was changed before I had it) and possibly get a few extra horse power. Change your plugs, wire, all your fluids and check your belts. Also change the fluid in the manual transmisson. air filter,fuel filter, clean the injectors. If you really want to put effort and a little time do a timing job.

Clean or replace the air filter, timing belt if it hasn't been replaced recently, pads and rotors if neccessary. Fuel injector cleaner, check that you plugs are either at the correct gap or replace if needed. Basically all the stuff the repair manual says to do, if you don't have one i recommend haynes, but hten again they are all pretty much the same
