I have really soft brakes and I don't know why. I have Metal Masters pads and Brembo blank rotors. My brake pedal is very soft and feels like it barely pushes the pads against the rotors to stop the car. Does anyone know what my problem could be. I have already tried flushing the brakes but that didnt seem to do it.

The first thing you need to do is check for leaks. Check the brake master cylinder the lines and the calipers. Soft brakes can also be caused by a bad master cylinder. Then I would try bleeding the whole brake system. Try this and report back.

My brakes feel the same way, sometimes I don't think I'm going to stop in time, slowing down from high speeds. I have flushed my brake fluid, and changed all my pads and rotors and it barely seemed to do anything. After that I bleed them two times and still nothing...
I have been thinking about swapping the master cylinder from my parts car, but the roads are covered with snow and will stay that way for about 6 months.
Do our brakes have any kind of vacuum assist?

This might help...
