So, when is the next NorCal meeting?

I missed the last one, but not by choice. I'd like to definatelly go out to the next meeting for sure. Lets throw up some ideas and locations for the next meeting.

we should bbq at lake merced in sf. Lots of parking and picnic tables and grills already there. Some OK fishing 40 yards away at the lake (although i wouldnt eat the trout out of here).

Ever since the boat house closed the lake has been somewhat dead so there is no pay for parking or fishing or anything really... perfect for dsm'rs... just bring some food and charcoal.

anyways just a thought... these nice clear sunny days are getting my mind towards the outdoors again.

I've been thinking about planning a meet in San Jose, but I'm still not sure about where we can meet up where we won't be hassled for "loitering." There are a lot of empty/vacant lots (business buildings) where I work, and it is close to the freeway (easy to find), plus it's near a little food court, but I'm not sure if rent-a-cops drive by the area on the weekends. Plus, if guys want to bbq for the next meet, then the area I was thinking of is no good.

If anyone wants to try to plan the next meet, PM me, I'll help out where/when I can.

As for my preferences, I'd rather have a meet on a weekend (either day) and in the daytime.
