The court house for the county is in Jasper so sheriffs are regularly tooling through town. And it gets better yet, we also have a state police post right in town...yeehaw.

Currently my interior is completely stripped while I do a color change to black. So all there is in the car is my driver seat and the dash. One of the officers comes over while I'm standing there and kinda casually asks "So, do you have any dope in there?" I looked in the car, then back at him, then back in the car, then back and him and I asked "Are you serious?!" Might be their job and all but good god.

I got a warning, i asked them if it was necessary for all these cops for a warning.

They said yes, i was gonna file harassment charges, cause the told use they where gonna make up drug charges on me and a friend.

They would not even write me there badge numbers and names, but i have had this happen a few times in martinsburg wv.

The governments are just sad they didn't think to set up this kind of registration for more of the things we "own" -imagine how much they'd like to have the powers over guns that they have over cars. It's a goddamned gold mine.

Cops around here do that too. I was sitting at the old Wal-Mart parking lot one night just minding my own and doing some thinkin (I think alot), engine was running because it was cold out, and I also had my marker lights on. Well a hi-po, decides that I am a threat to the building (maybe I was plotting?).

Well story ends up that I am sitting in his car (K9 unit) having my numbers run through the stystem, while 4 city cops (they all came in their own cars) check out my Jeep. To say they where supsicious of my book bag is an understatement (I told them they could check my Jeep, nothin to hide). They pulled everything outta there, and then guess what.... They told me that if someone tagged the palce I might be a suspect cause I was sitting there. And the arses didnt even put anything back in my book bag, they just tossed it all into my Jeep. I have very little respect for the cops in Spearfish.

I wont even get into all te times that me and friend have been called in...


For comparison, there was a crack down at the city park on a couple of drunk MT kids. Two cops showed up and wrote em a ticket. No dogs to search the car. No other cops to do whatever they need to do.

Reminds me of the two cars needed when I got pulled over. The sherrif either couldnt or wouldnt tell me why she pulled me over. She said "I just need to check some thing, liscence and registration".

Yeah, I'm sure that's the only side to that story. You do realize that Martinsburg is off of 81, the major N/S drug running highway of the east coast?
