The engine has been out of this car for a year now. The previous mechanic I had looking over this finally said he no longer had the time to work on it and dropped it off in pieces. Luckily I have found a DSM owner near me who is willing to help. The engine is going to start getting built hopefully next week.

The headliner I redid a few months back. On top of black suede for my headliner I also decided to paint some of the interior trim from gray to black to help blend the color more.

Drum brakes being converted to calipers and disc. Somehow got lucky and found 2 brand new oem backing plates still in packaging at the time of doing this. Had to steal some parts off of a 3g at my local salvage.

It hurts a lot. Like I said in the post I got a new guy that spent 10 years on turbo and NT eclipse, so I’m hoping it’s driving soon.

I always wondered if rear disc brakes / calipers would clear the 14" RS swirlies. That answered the question. There's more than enough room with 16's, but I wasn't sure how much.

If you run into any trouble with that 420A, give me a shout. There's nothing to it really.

Thank you, I will definitely keep that in mind. For right now most of my questions have been answered through me working on it. Honestly I didn’t even check the wheels to see if they fit before the conversion. I got lucky on that

My engine is finally getting put back together. Bock as been cleaned and looked over multiple times. A better crankshaft has gone in and new pistons are in. Waiting on dowel pins and seals to put the head on and the oil pump.
