Smoking out the Exhaust

I am having a problem with smoke coming out of my exhaust. I am new to this forum and to the DSM, Talon, Laser world. I just bought a '92 Eagle Talon TSI FWD about a week ago. Everything was going great until today. The dipstick popped out and shot oil into the hood, then began smoking a bit. I thought it was just the engine burning off the oil that spilled, but when I went and got my oil changed, Synthetic, She began to smoke a lot more. The smoking has slowed down for now. But when I get on it and spool the turbo then shit she leaves a large white cloud behind me. I just do not like white smoke coming out of my exhaust, it worries me. Thanks for your input.

OK I think I found out what the problem was. Now all I need to find out is where to buy new valve guide seals.
