ok i have recently rebuilt my motor and i am seeing alot of smoke under hard aceleration. it is usually anywhere from whiteish grey to almost black. today on the highway in third i did a long hard pull and it smoked ALOT. it boosted fine and pulled great but smoked like a bastard.... so much so that i got smoke inside the car(i was going between 50 and 70 mpH)

now i have a fairly new 20g turbo, cometic HG, all new valve seals, and i JUST did a compression test and 180 across the board..... i am lost as to what can be happening....

if it helps at all, it seems to get less and less as i boost again and again, and seems MUCH worse if i havent really got on it in a while...

maybe build up in IC pipes???? but from where?? PLEASE help..

I would keep the boost low till you get it tuned! Another rebuilt motor will cost more then just getting it tuned.
