Smoke From My Turbo!?!

Well..... Heres the deal... I just rebuilt my engine.. 1g talon Tsi New pistons rods bearings everything... turned the crank the works... gave it the usual 500 miles breakin time for the rings before i put to much throttle into her... She`s pretty quick... runs a little better than new... cept one thing... My oil seal on the turbo... intake side... is letting oil into my intercooler so whever i rev her up...or just move at all espcially when the turbo spools.. I get HUGE clouds of blue smoke... I`ve pulled the intercooler hoses off to affirm that there is oil in there and sure enough looks like IRAQ.. now i have no shaft play at all but i need to replace that seal... Any Ideas where i can find one without having to buy the whole rebuild kit? Would my local mitsi dealer have one? and if so whats the price range for that seal? thanks... In advance.

rebuild kits for that stock turbo are only $50

if you are somewhat mechanically inclined you can rebuild it yourself

there is no sense in tearing the turbo open to simply replace the single oil seal however

well I`ve decided to just replace it... I`ve convinced the wife that it`s unrebuildable.. Now shes lettining me get a turbonetics t3/t4 hybrid that should get me through the winter just fine... Next spring i`ll get something with more power
