So today i went to do some wot pulls since i adjusted my mbc and i heard this pop noise and my idle dropped real low and the car just died....but the car starts up right away but just ends up dying and i popped the hood when it was running and noticed smoke comming out from behind the turbo like the center of it...

my car was tuned at 20psi but i had the mbc line running to my throttle body nipple and the other to the wastegate so i take it in to a shop and they tell me thats wrong so they removed the line to the throttle body and teed the bov line and put one of my lines of the mbc to the T and the other stayed to the wastegate...so with that being said i did some wot pulls and noticed my boost gauge was only hitting 10-12lbs so i called the shop and they told me to adjust my mbc so i did and went for some wot and it was hitting 20psi like it always did but then pop noise and smoke

does it smell like coolant burning or oil?

RESOLVED! My intercooler pipe came off the coupler so i put it back on and tightened up real good and now my car stays running thank god but i was wondering did i cause any damage to the turbo since my intercooler pipe flew off after wot pulls? i mean the turbo had to be real hot and my car died out right after the wot pulls so i couldnt time it down and i dont have coolant lines running to it yet :(

Intercooler piping usually bursts off if clamps are loose or worn. Replace your setup with t-bolt clamps and your problem will go away as they are much better at clamping than worm clamps. There is a very good chance that you did not hurt anything at all, happens to all of us at some point in time. Meanwhile the coolant lines couldn't hurt, your turbo should be just fine with oil (if you go beat teh piss out of it then park immediately you could eventually start to do some damage - but I wouldn't worry about it).
