Recently swapped a motor in my 90 GSX. At first car would not start and my buddy suspected a problem with the Starter to Battery, so he rigged up a wire connected to starter and told me just to touch the Positive Terminal on battery with the Key to the Start position and voila, car starts.
Now I hadn't driven the car since then (about 2 weeks) because I was going to have to save some money to get it to a mechanic to diagnose problem (friend didn't wanna touch it after this point). and I get under the hood to ghetto start the car and the wire seems to have come off of the starter.
Now 2 questions, where on the starter would that wire have to clip on to so it will start, and what do does anyone think the problem is with the car not starting without it? Thanks in advance guys
