Clutch issues after engine swap...

So, I finished up my engine swap... motor runs good, sounds good, idles good... we went to go for a test drive today, and I can't get the car into gear. When I try to force it into gear, it gives out a grind and the engine begins to bog.

So... we bled the clutch... did a good job, too... and it STILL won't go into gear. The clutch pedal feels softer then it was before the swap. FYI: I am running a ClutchMaster FX400 (ceramic puck) and it is usually quite stiff.

Any/all help is appreciated.

1. Did you connect a hose to the valve and submerg it in fresh fluid when you bleed it?

2. Did you tighen the valve?

3. Check for leaks?

4. Check for pedal play?

5. I have read that master cylnders on it's way out without leakage could still cause pressure loss. Since it's a 90, why not change the master and slave cylnders and put in a ss line.
