small 16 checklist

OK so i have everything stock basically Crushed BoV ,bcs restrictor mod, Aftermarket Boost gauge. Now i want a small 16g so i was thinking
1. 190 Lph Walbro
2. Fuel pump rewire
3. 2g MAF
4. Small 16g
5.2g Ported mani
6. i have a logger
7. what else do you think is necessary

You need the same thing everyone else that installed a 16g needs depending on how far you want to push the car. You will need more fuel and a way to compensate for the added fuel. So the 190lph pump is good. The fuel pump rewire is always a good inexpensive mod as well. You will either want a set of 550cc or 660cc injectors. To tune those items you will need to get a logger, SAFC or a like tuning device and a wideband to monitor your A/F ratio's. You will want a MBC to control boost. The 2g MAF is not needed since you won't be outflowing the stock one and a 2g manifold isn't a need but they are definitely a nice upgrade. Especially a ported one. You are going to also want to do a cat-back exhaust but keep the stock downpipe to help with boostcreep. Before you even install the turbo I would port out the wastegate provision to help ensure you have no creep issue's. These are the items I feel are needed to PROPERLY do an upgraded turbo setup. It will be the safest way for you to tune and monitor all of your parameters.

Ok soo what should i do first. i mean i read alot of these checklists but everyone has something diffrent soo i was thinking first the wally 190 then........?

First you do maintenance. Timing belt, fluids, plugs, checking compression, boost leak testing and making sure all coolant hoses and vacuum lines are in good shape. Then I would get a logger, SAFC, wideband, fuel pump and mbc. You would be surprised what you can get out of the stock turbo on stock injectors. Then I would upgrade the injectors, and lastly the turbo itself.
